I’m Trish Morris, a change consultant and founder of Collaborative Works. In my practice I work both in a business and personal context, coaching individuals and groups in organisations, as well as with private clients on a one-to-one basis and in group workshops.
I have more than 20 years experience facilitating change to encourage insight, create clarity, and develop and implement growth strategies, and I have an extensive background in client-focused services and business development.
As a senior manager, consultant and coach to SMEs in the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors, my experience includes developing and driving strategic direction, improving performance, and coaching and motivating people through change. This has included working across multiple industries and business sectors where I have significant experience in customer relationship management, corporate account and business management, operations, sales and marketing.
I support broad behaviour change initiatives that harness the opportunities that diversity brings. I encourage integration, innovation and collaborative processes in achieving holistic goals. This means I work with women and men across diverse cultures, industries and business units to challenge current mindsets and behaviours, helping to create more adaptive, cooperative and inclusive workplaces.
My clients include executives, senior managers and emerging leaders from business, government and not for profit organisations.
I help individuals to curiously and openly explore their values, strengths and goals. I have more than 25 years experience in supporting people through change, helping to create purpose and to live more meaningful lives.
